Financial Policy

We realize that every person’s financial situation is different. For this reason we have tried to provide a variety of payment options to help you receive the dental care needed to enjoy a healthy and confident smile with respect to your budget.

Estimated charges for your health services are available upon your request. Please do not hesitate to ask.

PATIENT BILLING

We accept payments by checks, cash,  or Master Card/Visa/Discover.

If you do not have the benefit of dental insurance, we offer a 5% courtesy discount for all treatment that is paid in full prior to or at the time of treatment.

Some patients are interested in other payment options. We accept CareCredit which offers many affordable payment plans. Please visit the CareCredit website to learn more about the terms of their six or twelve month, interest-free payment plans.

We also accept The HELPcard which is another option that you many be interested in. The HELPcard offers flexible payment plans and many financing options. To learn more about the plans they have available and their approval processes, please visit the HELPcard website.

DENTAL INSURANCE

We are happy to file the necessary forms to see that you receive the full benefits of your coverage; however, we make no guarantee of any estimated coverage. Because the insurance policy is an agreement between you and the insurance company, we ask that patients be responsible directly for all charges. Please know that we will do everything possible to see that you receive the full benefits of your policy.

We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility and is due within 30 days. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan but this must be done prior to the actual procedure.
